The 10yr was 1.75% when I said the yield would drop to 1.20% (not 1.10%).It fell to 1.50% Friday & is still headed for 1.20%.Moves take time to fully play out & don't occur in a straight line. It's clear you don't get that. As for oil,the jury's still out on how low it goes here.
